About Me.
Mario can be described as a Strategic Service & Interaction Designer with a systemic mindset and a deep curiosity for people, culture, and context. His ability to understand human behavior and translate insights into actionable solutions is complemented by a strong strategic perspective and a clear understanding of business challenges.

He began his professional journey at Fjord (Accenture Song), where he not only developed his foundations in human-centered and service design but also gained exposure to strategic business thinking. Working closely with consultants, strategists, and cross-functional teams, he learned how to link customer experience with business objectives, define value propositions, and navigate organizational complexity.
This experience sharpened his ability to think beyond design execution and contribute to broader strategic discussions with clients.
Motivated to deepen his understanding of how design shapes organizations, Mario continued to expand his perspective across diverse cultural and professional environments. His empathy, sharp observation skills, and ability to listen deeply enable him to uncover underlying needs and turn them into meaningful opportunities.

With this blend of strategic mindset, business awareness, and design craft, Mario helps organizations navigate complexity and create solutions that are not only user-centric but also strategically grounded and capable of generating long-term value.
